For over 15 years, Anes has been leading the Tuzla Live Association, which has been organising and promoting music and artistic events, festivals, colonies, while also educating and providing assistance to young, unaffirmed artists in realising their first performances and further professional development for over 20 years. For eight years, he has successfully led the local “Džumbus Festival,” which grows every year and, most importantly, brings various content to the audience and visitors. He also engages in artist booking in Tuzla (club BAZA in Tuzla) and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as producing work with local talents. Anes has participated in numerous regional and European projects aimed at developing creative industries, digital economy, and entrepreneurship.
