Vanja is an experienced office manager at the Ri Rock Association, where he coordinated all members and employees of the association. He also served as the manager of Palach Club, the Association of Molecule Associations, and Ri Rock, where he conceived, organised, and led the club’s programs. He expanded his work to lead the Ri Rock Academy, where he was responsible for the education and coordination of workshop mentors and the improvement of existing courses. Additionally, he led the Rinkluzija project, an inclusive music project aimed at integrating children from the Roma minority with children from the majority population. He served as the president of the Ri Rock Association and as a radio host on Radio Roža, hosting the educational radio show “Školica” and the music show “Pankeraj.” He also led workshops to train young people to participate in bands, coordinated program and space at the Ri Rock Association, and worked as a music producer for the association, organising over 60 festivals and more than 500 club concerts in all Rijeka clubs.
