Miloš was born in 1976 in Novi Sad. Throughout his 25-year career, he has organised over 40 major festivals and more than 100 individual events of various formats, from large cultural, entertainment, and corporate events to small projects such as conferences, art exhibitions, and mural productions.
As one of the founders of the Exit Festival, he created the festival’s look that revolutionised event design in the Balkans. Exit still represents an unparalleled event in the region. During his 12 years as Marketing Director, he directly shaped Exit’s image as the most significant brand originating from Serbia. From 2014 to 2017, as Director of Exit Festivals & Brands, he was responsible for the international protection and exploitation of Exit’s intellectual property. During this period, Exit launched four new festivals in the region.
At the same time while working at Exit, he initiated the international film festival Cinema City, which was successfully held in Novi Sad for ten years. During that period, the festival screened over 1,000 films and was attended by more than 300,000 visitors.
In addition to Exit and Cinema City, among the many events he organised are: Madonna’s concert in Belgrade, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ concert in Inđija, concerts by Massive Attack, Chemical Brothers in the Belgrade Arena, and the “Festival uličnih svirača” in Novi Sad.
From 2016 to 2019, he was the Director of the marketing agency HNS Creative. He organised the two-day multimedia festival Cinema Now in 2019. He organised the CON conference in 2022 and 2023 dedicated to creative industries. He relaunched the Cinema City festival in 2023, this time in Belgrade and Novi Sad.
Since September 2023, he has been the Director of Dorćol Platz.
