Katarina Mitić Minić is a musicologist, music supervisor, and cultural manager. She has had the opportunity to work for major companies such as Warner Music Group and 20th Century Studios. Since 2018, she has been an active member of the Femix collective, which organises “Rok kamp za devojčice”, Femikseta, Femix Fest, and many other projects aimed at promoting and empowering girls and women in culture and the arts. She has been part of several international mentoring programs aimed at empowering professionals in the music industry. Since 2019, she has been part of the team at Charm Music concert agency, which organises concerts for international musicians in Serbia and the region. She is a student of Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies at the University of Arts in Belgrade, focusing her research on music in video games. Currently, she is involved in organising Creative Mentoring as a Program Manager, coordinating the first mentoring program in this part of Europe aimed at music doctoral students from around the world to better prepare them for the job market with mentor support after completing their studies.
