The mission is to discover and support the ten most promising young music professionals (up to 30 years old) from the area of the former Yugoslavia and to <b>empower themselves<\/b> to turn their musical dreams into reality with the mentorship of experienced senior colleagues from the music industry.<\/p>\n<p>The NEW FACES regional project is jointly implemented by KONTAKT (Serbia), MENT Ljubljana (Slovenia), SHIP (Croatia) and PIN Music Conference (North Macedonia). <b>Leading music conferences and showcase festivals have joined forces to enable young music business professionals to bridge the gap between desires and ambitions on the one hand, and achievement on the other.<\/b> Nominations are open until December 11, 2023 for young talents not older than 30, who actively contribute to the local and\/or regional music scene.   <\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;It is crucial to emphasize that the music industry is much more than the artists on stage: it includes dedicated professionals who work behind the scenes, such as event promoters, journalists, publishers, managers and other indispensable actors of the scene. They stand out in various fields such as event organization, booking, management, publishing, music journalism, production&#8230; Ambitious young professionals are defined by their work ethic, passion and unwavering commitment to progress.  <\/p>\n<p><b>WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUSIC PROFESSIONALS!<\/b><br \/>\nIt is important to note that the open call is not aimed at musicians, but at professionals who work tirelessly behind the scenes and influence the development of the infrastructure of the music industry.<\/p>\n<p><b>EVERYONE CAN NOMINATE!<\/b><br \/>\nDuring the initial phase, which ends on December 11th, 2023. at midnight, anyone can submit an application or make a proposal for NEW FACES. Individuals can nominate themselves or someone they consider relevant by completing the application form available <a href=\"https:\/\/facebook.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=95a1bcec1a09034d9789508e1&amp;id=1155cd4df1&amp;e=839f91bb86\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><b>HERE<\/b><\/a>.    Applicants must be under 30 years of age.<\/p>\n<p><b>WHAT DO NEW FACES GET?<\/b><br \/>\nThe selected ten young professionals will receive a PRO PASS for partner conferences and festivals \u2013 a pass that provides access to all concerts, conference sessions and the online delegate database.
