Obrad \u201cBoba\u201d Skrbic was born on October 5, 1963 in Novi Sad. He did his first job in the media at the beginning of 1989, on Radio Novi Sad, in the show \u201cPop Express\u201d. Founder of the magazine \u201cHard Metal\u201d, which is published by the \u201cDnevnik\u201d Novi Sad . He conducts interviews with many world stars of hard rock and heavy metal music, writes reviews of numerous recordings and concerts that he tirelessly attends. <\/p>\n

He edits an author\u2019s music show of the same name as the magazine; as well as the author\u2019s show \u201cTop Plus\u201d, (over 200 regular and 10 special editions).
\n(1993), launches a unique rock and roll festival event \u201cTop Plus Concert of the Year\u201d, ie. Later \u201cNS Concert of the Year\u201d, as it is called today. <\/p>\n

From 1996 to the end of 1998, he was the deputy editor of the \u201cMusic Television of Serbia\u201d, based in the Youth Center in Belgrade. He works on several radio stations in Novi Sad, exclusively author\u2019s shows that promote rock\u2019n\u2019roll music and urban culture: \u201cJukebox\u201d on In Radio, \u201cRoxy\u201d on the Radio Fair and the show of the same name on \u201cRadio 021\u201d. <\/p>\n

2002. From 2002 to 2008, he edited and hosted the author\u2019s show \u201cRoxy\u201d on TV \u201cApollo\u201d (today \u201cNovi Sad TV\u201d), in which the topic is, of course, the regional and world rock scene, with reference to the phenomenon of rock and roll and urban culture. <\/p>\n

From 2010 to 2012 on RTV \u2013 TVNS he edited and hosted the author\u2019s show \u201cClassic Rock\u201d, and today on Radio Novi Sad he hosts the radio show of the same name, with a one-week, cult \u201cRendezvous with Music\u201d, as well as a music show specializing in extreme music direction, adequate name \u2013 \u201cExtreme Zone\u201d. <\/p>\n

2011. From 2011 to 2013, he was the Head of the Music Department of the Radio Television of Vojvodina. <\/p>\n

2016. 2016-2017 is in the position of Production Manager of the music program of the Radio Television of Vojvodina. <\/p>\n

2017-2019, director of the Student Cultural Center Novi Sad.
\nSince 2012 and for the next four years, he has been a member of the Organizing Committee for the implementation of the initiative to make Novi Sad the European Capital of Culture 2021.
